Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, only in store credit. Please note: If you inquire about a damaged tuber during shipping, we require pictures and must be within the 48 hour window of when you received the tuber. For extenuating circumstances, please reach out to baileysblooms1@gmail.com. If the rare occasion does occur, we do charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our charge back credit card expense and handling.
